No. We are first-line practitioners in Kalgoorlie. Meaning you do not require a referral letter to receive physiotherapy with On Hill Services. We are expertly trained to asses, diagnose and treat a variety of conditions and injuries.
However, certain funding pathways, such as DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs) and Medicare as part of the Chronic Disease Management system, require a referral letter from a doctor in order to access the funding.
Majority of cases, no referral is needed. Our physiotherapists are first-line practitioners and are able to assess and treat any patient. If further expertise or management is necessary, we are able to refer you onwards. However, certain funding pathways would require a referral if specified. We offer Gap-free bulk billing in Kalgoorlie. When you are receiving Physiotherapy as part of the CDM Medicare program, your full session is covered by Medicare and we do not charge an additional gap fee.
Yes, you can. Depending on the type of Private Health cover you have. We are registered and able to bill your Private Health fund directly in the clinic when you have your physiotherapy treatment.
We offer a loyalty program for our beloved patients. Your physiotherapist will give you a membership card to keep track of your appointments. After your 9th physiotherapy session, you will get the 10th appointment free of charge.

The number of sessions required depends on the patient and their specific condition and goals. Some people require about 3-6 sessions, some require more. Most people can already see a difference after just 1 session. Your physiotherapist will asses your case and give you more guidance on your specific timeline and treatment plan.
Yes, we treat eligible NDIS participants who have a valid and current NDIS plan. We assess each case and work out a personalized treatment plan along side each participant and their family and care team. You are welcome to contact us for more information and guidance on your specific case
Yes, we are able to refer you for X-rays, Ultrasounds and MRIs if medically necessary. We are able to assess you and provide our medical opinion on whether imaging is needed and what type of imaging will be beneficial for your case
Yes, at On Hill Services, we are expertly trained and provide exercise-based therapy. Your physiotherapist will assess you, establish your “weak” or “injury prone” areas and give you a set exercise program to not only overcome your hurdles but also improve your performance and general health and fitness.
